544Wireless Charging Could Make Technology Wireless in the True Sense

The main thing that is on everyone’s mind when purchasing a laptop or a netbook is the battery life of the machine. Users look for a system that can provide them with the basic computing requirements and also enable them to stay connected to the internet. They also don’t want to be bogged down by the constant need to charge the batteries of their machines. Therefore, the need of the hour is a revolutionary technology that would enable wireless charging of gadgets.
There are many manufacturing companies that have created laptops which can go on working for ten to twelve hours continuously. However, this guarantee is just advertised, and the actual battery life of the machine depends on how much the owner uses his system on battery power.
But it would be welcome change if manufacturers could come up with new ideas regarding wireless charging so that there could possibly be a public battery-charging system that would allow users to charge their laptops and netbooks at select booths, thereby truly giving access to unlimited mobile broadband.
Duracell has taken a step forward in the direction by introducing its new ‘myGrid’ wireless chargers for smartphones.
The wireless technology concept has been in the making for a long time now, but considerations had to be made before its launch in the market due to problems with its widespread commercial application. However, the future looks bright for wireless charging and there will a time when users will be able to remain wireless in the true sense of the term.
